Free calculators
Twelve tools for the arithmetic behind eating well. All of them are free, none of them ask for an email, and every one runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type here is sent anywhere, ever.

If you are starting from nothing, run the calorie calculator first. It gives you the daily target everything else hangs off, and it shows the whole chain, resting rate to maintenance to target, so you can see where the number came from rather than trusting it.
If you already know your target and want to know what to put in it, go to the macro calculator. If the only thing you want to fix is protein, the protein calculator answers that on its own.
The TDEE calculator is the one to open when a diet is not working and you suspect the estimate rather than the effort. Seeing all five activity multipliers on your own numbers usually settles it in about ten seconds.
The water and body fat tools sit to the side of calories. The first scales an intake to your body instead of repeating a rule about eight glasses. The second tells you whether the weight you are losing is the weight you wanted to lose.
Everything runs locally. There is no fetch anywhere in the calculator code, on purpose. Your weight is nobody's business, including ours.
Why a calorie app is giving away calculators
Because the arithmetic was never the hard part. Anyone can work out that they need 1,900 calories. What breaks, every time, is the counting: the fourth day of weighing rice, the meal out with no label, the evening you cannot face opening the app again.
That is the part Calfit is for. Point the camera at the plate and it reads the meal. These calculators give you the target for free, whether or not you ever download anything.
A target is just the start.
Calfit helps you follow through. Snap a photo, log your meal, and keep your streak with Pip.
